Innovation Education Movement Project was created on a national level to provide academic and character development to 2942 average and below average Indian students, 10% of them are Muslims from B40 families from rural and semi urban community across Malaysia with 48 centres in 9 states namely Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Johore.
This project has taken the holistic approach where this project is aimed to teach students who come from poor families and equips them with softskills through leadership programmes too.
It intergrates people and ideas to create an effective platform to support their academic achievement and empower leadership and softskills to achieve the educational excellence and socio-economic empowerment. Objectives of this project are to improve the academic performance and focuses on developing positive personality and character building to attain the future leadership skills.
It engages professionals from diverse background as government, Multi-National Corporations, Consultants, Public and Private Universities Lecturers, Medical Practitioners and Retired Senior Government Officers such as Pegawai Pendidikan Daerah, Pegawai Pemeriksa and more. There is an active role and participation of volunteers drawn from the communities surrounding.
